Eamonn Holmes and Richard Madeley compete for most embarrassing event of week

Well even for these two it's been quite the week!

Eamonn Holmes & Richard Madeley are making fools of themselves, again, but who wins this week?

First to Eamonn Holmes and his co-presenter Isabel Webster having a natter before the cameras started to roll.

Except, unbeknown to them, the cameras had started to roll already.

It’s surely the best 46 seconds of GB News you’ll watch.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this on a loop and I’ve not stopped laughing! 😂 (It’s the little off-camera scream that does it for me!) pic.twitter.com/sHkpsYuGTh

This comment is bang on the (non licence fee) money…

Or this?

Eamon immediately blames someone else for not telling him despite not having his ear piece in. Lovely bloke.

Richard Madeley

Now what has Richard been up to?

Well, GB News invited Richard to see their new studios in London’s Paddington on a tour last week.

A source said: “It would be a huge coup to bag a name like Richard. Not only is he a household name, he is a big name on social media thanks to all his off-the-cuff remarks that a lot of younger viewers enjoy sharing.”

Indeed, Richard regularly gets comparisons to Steve Coogan’s TV presenter Alan Partridge. But he shrugs them off, saying: “Taking yourself seriously is daft.”

Richard Madeley going toe to toe with Eamonn Holmes in pursuit of double digit ratings over on Gammokaze News is basically the most expected career move since Andrew Bridgen took up conspiratorial mathrobatics having failed at politics/perjury/life in general https://t.co/ecyygAb6hQ pic.twitter.com/hQpTGDJ1bS

Eamonn Holmes and Philip Schofield

He has been busy this week! Eamonn Holmes launched yet another attack on ‘big mouth’ Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Of Schofield, Holmes claimed: “He still thinks he can go on and say lies, lies, lies. He’s admitted he is a liar. You should see the emails, the texts and the messages I’ve been sent over the past week. I think he’s getting off very very lucky.

“Like everybody else he lied to me, I was happy to stand by him until I found out that he was lying… This isn’t about him being gay, not in the slightest.”

Referring to Willoughby, Holmes remarked: “You think she’s got a big mouth? She won’t be using it today.”
