Barbie posters: Angry one star reviews reused and it is amazing

Barbie posters have been reworked using one star reviews, and it is epic. Most people seem to agree it gives the film even more reason to see it!

Technically Ron, a regular on Twitter (now X) has taken reviews from angry men and photoshopped them onto the Barbie poster.

He tweeted some of the examples and wrote: “I took 1 star reviews of #Barbie from furious men on letterboxd and put them on the posters because it makes the film seem ever cooler.”

Barbenheimer

‘Barbenheimer’ fever took hold in the UK as Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie took £30m on their opening box office weekend.

Barbie’s marketing campaign has been huge – and hugely successful – with debut takings worldwide of $337m (£293m).

US and Canada takings were enough to make it the biggest opener of 2023 so far in that region.

According to Billboard, film polling service PostTrak reported that women made up 65% of the Barbie audience, while 40% of ticket-buyers were under the age of 25.
