Man attempts to lure children into bushes at Caludon Castle Park

A man’s suspicious actions at Caludon Castle Park have left the community shaken. What we know so far.

Police are investigating an unsettling incident at Caludon Castle Park in Coventry, where a man was seen acting suspiciously around 3 pm on Saturday (April 5).

👀 Suspicious Behaviour at the Park

Reports indicate that the man was spotted watching and chasing after young children near Farren Road. According to witnesses, he was attempting to lure them into bushes.

Officers from Coventry Police quickly responded to the scene, but by the time they arrived, the man had already fled the area. Unfortunately, the police were unable to provide a description of the suspect.

West Midlands Police are urging anyone who was at Caludon Castle Park around the time of the incident to come forward with any information. You can contact the police via their website’s Live Chat service or by calling 101. Alternatively, tips can be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers.

“We were called on Saturday (April 5) at around 3 pm to report suspicious behaviour in Caludon Castle Park in Coventry. No offences were observed, but anyone who was in the area and saw anything is urged to get in touch.”

Local residents are urged to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity in the area. The safety of children is a priority, and the police are actively working to identify the individual involved.
