So why is this happening and who is to blame?
You would imagine GB News wouldn’t pin it on Brexit.
However, that seems to be the case.
In response, lawyer Peter Stefanovic’s video is going viral again, highlighting a report which concludes that this is the case.
However, this claim goes way back.
This article in the Independent from Nov 2021 is a must read, here is a short extract:

Returning to the video Peter shared the footage and wrote: “A shocking new report has found Boris Johnson’s “oven ready” Brexit deal (championed by Rishi Sunak) has caused the small boats crisis in English Channel It’s getting very little media attention so let’s put that right!”
