Liz Truss has been informed that she has only a few days to save her position as the Prime Minister due to plots by rebellious Tory MPs. After only five weeks in power, the Conservative leader is already facing backlash, and there are discussions on how to remove the South West Norfolk MP.
Tory whips have told Ms. Truss that if Kwasi Kwarteng’s economic update, scheduled to be delivered on October 31, does not calm the markets, she may face a leadership challenge.
