The legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger is all set to make a comeback to action movies with his next project. Schwarzenegger is set to star in Breakout, a new movie directed by Scott Waugh, famous for his work in Expendables 4.

The story revolves around a character named Terry Reynolds, played by Schwarzenegger, who makes a daring jailbreak to save his stepson, framed and sentenced to 25 years in a foreign country. Reynolds has to overcome an overzealous prison warden and race against time to avoid capture and flee the country.

The shoot is scheduled to commence later this year in Eastern Europe, while sales will start at Cannes in a few weeks. Prior to this, Schwarzenegger will debut in his first action series, FUBAR, which will debut on Netflix next month.
