During an LBC phone in, Nick Ferrari took a call from ‘Jim in Tottenham’, who said London now has ‘no-go areas.’
‘It is almost become its own little country within a country,” he told the presenter.
In response, Contributing Editor at Novara Media, Ash Sakar shared the clip and asked: “Name one ‘no go area’ in London.”
One person responded and wrote: “I can name a few at night – Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Brixton.”

Devon and Cornwall
One account moved the debate to Devon and Cornwall writing: “Having lived there, I’d happily certify and attest large swathes of Devon and Cornwall as “no go zones” for people who look a certain way (read: brown), but I’m sure the Davids of the world wouldn’t want to hear that about their holiday paradises.”
Ash replied: “I don’t want to generalise, but the racism I experienced in Cornwall was so relentless that I’m just not gonna go there again lol.”
