Cyberpunk 2077 is going to become a live action event, which is amazing, but there are still questions that need to be answered.
Developed by CD Projekt Red, this open-world role-playing game is set in a dystopian future in the fictional Night City, and players take on the role of V, a mercenary with cybernetic enhancements.

In a recent press release they announced: “CD PROJEKT RED, the video game development studio known for its critically acclaimed The Witcher series of games and the best-selling Cyberpunk 2077, is pleased to announce it has begun a collaboration with global media company Anonymous Content to develop a live-action project set in the world of its best-selling video game, Cyberpunk 2077.”
They add: “The new project is at an early development stage and has currently commenced searching for a screenwriter to tell a brand-new story set in the world of Cyberpunk 2077.”

“What is not confirmed is whether this will be a show or a movie, but given the state of content production in 2023, I would heavily lean toward this being a show rather than a blockbuster film,” reports Forbes.
