Brexit: Farage fuming about Windsor framework & it’s embarrassing

"You were doing a victory lap when Johnson lied to the Queen were you not?"

European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen met with Rishi Sunak to sign a post Brexit deal before joining King Charles at Windsor Castle.

The agreement is expected to resolve the long-running row over the Northern Ireland Protocol – with or without the support of the DUP and Tory hardline brexiter.

It seems the DUP haven’t made their mind up on it yet.

Rishi was pretty happy with it, but who isn’t?

Boris Johnson for one….

Wow. Rishi Sunak might have just ended Boris Johnson's political career.

King

Jacob Rees-Mogg said the meeting with the King risked “dragging” the monarchy into a political announcement.

But it was electoral failure Nigel Farage who seemed the angriest.

Here he is…

Then he moaned on about it with no other than Arlene Foster.

1.

Brexit has failed Nige. You said you’d leave Britain if this happened so why are you still here? Britain has had enough of pied pipers!

2.

It is absolutely disgusting that an unelected nobody dares to think that they should have say over what the King can and cannot do.
Over inflated ego – or a very sore loser on the Brexit front
What a win for NI access to the single market – why didn't rest of UK think of that..

7.

The Queen wined & dined Donald Trump for overtly political Brexit reasons re a US Trade deal. You didn’t complain then Farage? British Monarchy is ALWAYS involved in overtly political matters – Windsor Framework re NI Protocol is no different

Or indeed this?

I don’t know anything about the Windsor Framework or what was agreed yesterday. But I do know that if it’s pissed off Farage, it’s probably a positive. https://t.co/BciXrsYp9d
