Brexit: Telegraph’s ‘Remainer mind virus’ column is torn to shreds in on-line comments

"At least the Sunday Sport was tongue in cheek with its ridiculous stories," wrote one person in response.

A Daily Telegraph article has taken Brexit madness to a new level.

The headline claims that: “Britain is being impoverished by a Remainer instituational mind virus”.

Yes you read that right, eventually someone with some sanity at the paper did too, and the headline had now been changed.

However, it is too late #Remainermindvirus was already trending on social media.

Brexit purists

It seems that there is still an ever dwindling band of Brexit purists who can’t see what is happening right in front of them.

They remind me of the violinists going down with the Titanic, only they are kicking the violins, about the deck, and blaming the musical instrument for the ship sinking.

Food prices

It comes as Brexit red tape to send UK food prices soaring even higher, reports Politico.

They write: A new system of border checks on goods arriving from Europe is expected to force rocketing U.K. food prices even higher as businesses grapple with hundreds of millions of pounds in extra fees.

“British business groups last week got sight of the U.K. government’s long-awaited post-Brexit border plans, via a series of consultations. One person in attendance said the proposals will “substantially increase food costs” for consumers from January.”

But of course this is all the fault of Remainers…

The Brexit cult has reached the point of lashing out against anybody and anything that might be to blame for Britain’s crisis. @AllisterHeath and the rest of the unhinged maniacs will do anything except look in the mirror.

Word salad? This piece in the Telegraph by habitual offender Allister Heath is an all-you-can-eat buffet of wittering gibberish that makes the headline look cool, calm and collected.https://t.co/2lUfMJ9UiQ

Hilariously, The Telegraph have changed the headline for Allister Heath's latest preposterous brain fart, partly I imagine because '#RemainerMindVirus' is now trending on Twitter, & secondly because it's so obviously batshit even they have discovered the notion of embarrassment. pic.twitter.com/acN3FNVbhT
