Nadine Dorries is making claims about David Cameron, as he has become a Lord.

The Palace said: “The King has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Rt Hon David Cameron as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.

“His Majesty has also been pleased to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon David Cameron. The Rt Hon Jeremy Hunt MP remains as Chancellor of the Exchequer.”

She, as most people will know, was desperate to be given a peerage.

Only yesterday in Times there was an article titled ‘Nadine Dorries: ‘Was I worthy of a peerage? I was absolutely worthy.’’

Back in June The BBC also reported: “Former cabinet minister Nadine Dorries has said “sinister forces” denied her a seat in the House of Lords.

“The MP was one of Boris Johnson’s close allies who didn’t appear on the former PM’s resignation honours list.”

She accused Sunak’s team of taking her name off the list.

Here are a few reactions to that.

Nadine Dorries is also an author and it seems she has predicted this would all happen in her book…

She wrote on X: “Also, this now opens the door for the rerun of Osborne. He will want a safe seat, if such a thing exists and then into leader of the opposition slot. You heard it here first. Nothing happens by accident for these guys. It is all long planned.”

You heard it here first.

Nothing happens by accident for these guys. It is all long planned.

It seems she really does think she has worked all this out. You will have to buy her book to find out…

The idea that the chaos of the last thirteen years. and the absolute shit show that is Tory government since the days of the Spaffer is in any way planned is another example of Mad Nad's talent for outlandish fiction. #theplot https://t.co/KtS5j2tr3s

Utter b*ll*cks Nadine. It's all entirely reactionary. Stick to writing fictional nonsense in novels, not spreading misinformation. https://t.co/c5tBgmxCEs
