Rupert Lowe launched a scathing attack on the UK’s integration policies following revelations about migrants’ English language abilities.
Speaking on GB News, Lowe declared: “I think multiculturalism has failed – there is no doubt about that.”
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has also previously advocated for stricter citizenship requirements.
She suggested immigrants should wait 15 years before applying for British citizenship, rather than the current six.
“A UK passport should be a privilege not an automatic right,” Badenoch stated.
Meanwhile, a Government spokesperson said they are “working in partnership with local authorities to understand the housing and integration needs of new arrivals.”
A Home Office spokesman said: “We all want to end dangerous small boat crossings, which threaten lives and undermine our border security.
“The people-smuggling gangs do not care if the vulnerable people they exploit live or die, as long as they pay. We will stop at nothing to dismantle their business models and bring them to justice.”
Small boats
The improving weather over the weekend saw Sunday break the record for small boat arrivals this year.
Writing on X, Mr Lowe said: “We need to get real. Honestly, every single one of these fake asylum seekers needs to be immediately deported.
“I do NOT want these men in our country, and I make NO apologies for stating that.
“This has gone on for too long.
“Detain, deport. This is the ONLY way.”
In response to this, Elon Musk simply wrote “Yes”.
He previously supported Lowe when he wrote: “I have not met Rupert Lowe, but his statements online that I have read so far make a lot of sense.”
Lowe PM
The Daily Mail’s Andrew Pierce spoke to Rupert Lowe and wrote: “We could have a Reform PM after the election… but it might not be Nigel Farage!”
Lowe also sent a message on X about his immigration plans. He wrote: ‘If a migrant can’t speak English, why are they being granted a visa? Why are they in our country? Why are they allowed to stay? No English, no visa.’
