Trump goes off the rails following Bruce Springsteen’s criticism

“He’s not a talented guy,”

Donald Trump’s latest online meltdown is a spectacle to behold. The former U.S. president has taken to social media to lash out after Bruce Springsteen criticised him during the first night of his European tour.

In classic Trump fashion, he used his platform to call out the rock legend, but his response quickly spiralled into embarrassing territory.

It all started when Trump, who is currently abroad, decided to fire back after Springsteen took a swipe at him during a concert. The Boss, opening his show, rallied for democracy, slamming what he described as “a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration.”

But Trump wasn’t happy. “I see that Highly Overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States,” Trump wrote, conveniently forgetting that he himself was abroad, doing much the same.

Trump didn’t hold back, calling Springsteen “not a talented guy” despite the rock star’s 20 Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes, an Academy Award, and even the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

💥 The Personal Insults Roll In

As if that wasn’t enough, Trump went further with his personal attack, calling Springsteen “a pushy, obnoxious JERK.” Given Trump’s usual self-awareness, this was a curious choice of words. Springsteen, meanwhile, continues to enjoy an extraordinary career with a massive fanbase worldwide.

🗣️ Springsteen’s Stand for Democracy

While Trump’s words were harsh, they seemed to miss the point of Springsteen’s message. The rocker opened his show with a call for democracy, urging the audience to “raise your voices against the authoritarianism” in the U.S. Trump, however, seemed to prefer attacking Springsteen’s skin rather than addressing the real issues at hand.

📚 Trump’s Favourite Topic: Joe Biden

As is often the case, Trump quickly turned his rant toward another favourite target: former President Joe Biden. Trump devoted a significant portion of his outburst to calling Biden “a mentally incompetent FOOL” and the “WORST EVER President.” His usual attacks on his predecessor continued, accusing Biden of “almost destroying our Country.”

🧑‍🦳 The Prune Comment

But Trump didn’t stop there. He took a bizarre shot at Springsteen’s appearance, calling him “this dried-out ‘prune’ of a rocker” and mocking his skin, claiming it was “atrophied.” This odd, personal attack ended with Trump suggesting that Springsteen should “KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT” until he returned to the U.S., before adding, “Then we’ll all see how it goes for him!”
