Richard Tice insists Nigel Farage is “rock solid behind Ukraine”, even though Farage himself recently admitted he’s “not a huge fan” of the country.

Tice made the claim during an interview on GB News, where host Camilla Tominey wasn’t having any of it. She challenged him on air, pointing out Farage’s past remarks on Russia’s invasion.

Farage’s Controversial Comments on Ukraine

  • Praising Putin as a “great leader.”
  • Blaming the West for Russia’s invasion.
  • Downplaying Ukraine, calling it “very, very corrupt.”

Tice stood his ground, insisting Farage and Reform UK fully support Ukraine. But with Farage’s own words on record, that claim didn’t exactly hold up.

Voter Sentiment Turning Against Farage

The British public isn’t convinced either. According to YouGov polling, Farage’s popularity has dropped since the latest Ukraine crisis escalation.

  • His favourability has fallen from 30% to 26%.
  • His unfavourability has risen from 60% to 65%.
  • That gives him a net rating of -39.

Meanwhile, Keir Starmer’s approval ratings are on the rise.

With Farage’s stance on Ukraine under scrutiny, it looks like the public is making up its own mind—and it’s not in his favour.
